How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?
We roast our beans in small batches multiple times a week. Every bag is stamped with a 'Roasted On' date to ensure you receive your coffee at peak flavor, typically arriving within 3-7 days of roasting.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our coffee worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties.
Can I return coffee if I don't like the taste?
As coffee is a perishable food product, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or the product is damaged, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We practice direct trade, working closely with farmers to ensure they are paid well above Fair Trade minimums. We prioritize sustainability and transparency throughout our entire supply chain.
Which grind size should I choose?
We offer Whole Bean for maximum freshness, or custom grinds for Espresso (fine), Drip (medium), and French Press (coarse). If you are unsure, we recommend Whole Bean and grinding just before brewing.
How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?
Store your coffee in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Our bags feature a one-way valve and resealable strip, which are designed to keep oxygen out while letting CO2 escape.
