At Origin Coffee, we take pride in the quality of our beans; if your order isn't perfect, we offer a 30-day return policy on all non-perishable equipment and a satisfaction guarantee on our fresh roasts.

Email our customer care team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to initiate a return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure items are in their original packaging; for coffee beans, please ensure the bag is at least 75% full to qualify for a quality-based exchange.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our team inspects the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your replacement coffee within 3-5 business days.
